HR Swiss - Mission statement

HR Swiss - Swiss Association for Human Resources Management is the umbrella organization of per-sonnel and training managers from business and public authorities. Its twelve member bod-ies are regional professional associations representing around 4,000 professionals in training and human resources.

HR Swiss pursues the following goals:

• it promotes the professional skills of personnel and training managers;
• it assumes responsibility for international and supra-regional matters while giving due regard to the activities of the regional associations;
• it concerns itself with personnel, social and training matters and acts as the practice-oriented mouthpiece of the profession vis-à-vis the authorities, other associations and educational institutions;
• it promotes the recognition of personnel and training institutions among companies and the public at large.
